  • I completed work on another Elgin similar to the
    others.  Needed a general cleaning (when the
    watch was dis-assembled it was soaked in oil),
    and discovered one of the pallet jewels was
    badly worn.

Jewel replaced, final tweaking
Timing watch on the Microset Computer program. Notice the small
variation between face-up, and pendant-up (the lines slant down
below the 18000 line). The watch average is keeping pretty steady.
